Munch is a calorie-logging and habit-tracking app. It provides estimates (such as maintenance calories) based on standard formulas and the information you provide — these are general estimates, not personalized medical or nutritional advice.

Munch does not provide medical, dietary, or health advice. Consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine, especially if you have a medical condition.

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for keeping access to your phone number and account secure. You must be able to legally form a contract to use Munch.

Dishes, notes, and other content you add (including custom dishes) remain yours. You grant us a license to store and process that content solely to operate the app for you.

If you connect Apple Health or Health Connect, you authorize Munch to read and write the health data described in our Privacy Policy, solely to power in-app features. You can revoke this at any time in your device settings.

Don't misuse the app: no attempting to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it beyond what's legally permitted, or submit content that's unlawful, abusive, or infringes others' rights.

You may stop using Munch and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Munch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Munch after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
